Cambridgeshire is a historic county that is best known for being the home of Cambridge University, one of the world’s best universities.

Cambridge University and Oxford University are by far considered the two best universities in the UK, rivalling each other for the number one rank for many years. Although over the last few years Oxford University has moved ahead, Cambridge University remains one of the world’s greatest academic resources.

It is a well known fact that Cambridge University produces graduates of the highest calibre, offering them a more prominent stance to potential employers and a degree that is virtually unbeatable.

Cambridgeshire is also well known for the university boat race between Oxford and Cambridge University. The eagerly anticipated event is always a close tie and is usually broadcasted live on national television.

Cambridgeshire has a host of large towns and cities including Cambridge, Peterborough and St Ives.

Cambridgeshire has four of the best known trampoline clubs in the UK, Cambridge University Trampoline Club being the most recognisable. The others are Cambridge Cangaroos, Aero Kinetics and the Comberton Tiggers, all featuring in a range of different competitions and events.
